Do you cover the whole of London?
Yes — all 32 London boroughs, from the City of London to Havering, Hillingdon to Greenwich. We don't limit coverage to inner or south London. If you have a leak anywhere in Greater London, we can be with you.
How quickly can you reach me?
For emergencies — active leaks or ongoing water damage — we aim to be on-site within 2 to 4 hours across London. For non-urgent appointments we're typically available within 24 to 48 hours. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
Do you charge more for outer London boroughs?
No. Our pricing is based on the job type and complexity, not your postcode. Whether you're in Kensington or Bromley, you'll receive the same clear, fixed price before any work begins.
I'm in Surrey or Kent — do you cover me?
Yes. We cover the full Surrey county area including Guildford, Woking, Epsom, Reigate and Leatherhead. In Kent we cover Orpington, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Bromley and the surrounding areas. Response times are similar to London — typically 2 to 4 hours for emergencies.
