• Sanity — our content management system. Review data you submit publicly (e.g. testimonials) may be stored in Sanity.
• Google Analytics — if you consent to analytics cookies, anonymised usage data is sent to Google. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Your insurer or loss adjuster — where you have requested a written report for an insurance claim, we may share the report with parties you specify.

All third-party providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and customer records for up to 6 years in line with UK tax and legal requirements. Where data is no longer needed for legal or business purposes, we delete it securely.
